With an eye for creative design our head cake designer “Hilda” has always had a desire to combine art with celebration and sweets. Hilda started her craft by build amazing cakes for just her children’s birthday in Caracas, Venezuela.  She soon realized that this was her passion and wanted to take it to the next level. In 2000, Hilda left her beloved Caracas, Venezuela with her family to Central Florida. After a few years, Hilda perfected her craft at the Orlando Culinary Academy, where she was awarded a degree in culinary arts from the world renowned Le Cordon Bleu Program.

Proud of her contributions to the countless weddings, birthdays, showers, baptisms, first communions, Mitzvahs and corporate events. Hilda has been designing and creating amazing cakes throughout Central and South Florida for over 10 years!
